THE RIGHT WAY TO WEAR
1. Polish your nails to keep them from scratching pantyhose;
2. Roll pantyhose flat until tip of toe;
3. Adjust the tip of the sock to the heel so that the sock fits the leg;
4. Stand up and pull alternately;
5. Spread pantyhose all the way up to your waist, make sure the pantyhose is close to your legs, and pull them up to your waist by your hands.
